Born in London, but trained in New York, singer Eghobamien brings a wealth of experience and tastes to this debut CD. Strong performances on jazz classics by Thad Jones, Monk and Ellington, plus Bon Jovi and Stevie Wonder and a suitably quirky EE Cummings poem are set against his own distinctive work.
